We’re looking for people with great communication and customer service skills, a clean driving record, and at least two years of commercial HVAC experience.
HVAC Technician Apprentice
Are you ready to learn and build your career in a great trade and in a supportive environment? Join us at Worthing Air, where we’ll train you to become a skilled technician specializing in commercial HVAC systems. You’ll work alongside our experienced technicians and assist them in making repairs and performing planned maintenance. We’re looking for reliable, safety-conscious people who are willing to work hard as part of a team. You’ll also need a clean driving record, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to climb on rooftops and in small spaces.
HVAC PROJECT MANAGER
Looking for a new opportunity managing HVAC installation projects? Join our team at Worthing Air, where you’ll oversee a variety of new-build HVAC installation projects from preconstruction through project completion, including schedules, tasks, milestones, deliverables and communication with clients, other contractors, and internal team. We’re looking for candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience, proven ability to manage processes and teams, as well as strong time management, organization, communication, and negotiation skills. Must have comprehensive knowledge of HVAC engineered design drawings and specs and be familiar with state building and HVAC codes. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
