Early Learning Center
This state of the art, truly unique space in the heart of Newark contains 16 classrooms, areas for family and child services, an exterior courtyard playground, a warming kitchen, and a multi-purpose community room. Due to the nature of the building, we incorporated a VRF system that would give customized climate control to over 50 rooms. A Building Automation System allows for off-site monitoring and climate control. A Dedicated Outdoor Air Unit and multiple Energy Recovery Ventilators bring fresh air and ventilation into the space.
